Hit the Delete key to remove a point that was just created. Hold shift to snap handles in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal direction. Click and drag to create an Anchor Point with handls, click without dragging to create an Anchor Point with no handles. The various tools used for animation will be covered individually as the tutorial progresses,īut here's a summary of everything covered for reference: ![]() Click to zoom in and hold Alt and click to zoom out. To zoom in and out, hit the 'z' key to activate the Zoom Tool. To move the Stage around hold the Spacebar, left click and drag. The bulk of your work will be done on the "Stage" where the light and heavy balls will be animated. If you have used Adobe Flash before and are comfortable with another workspace that is fine, too. To activate this setup go to Window → Workspace → Classic. This tutorial uses the Classic workspace. ![]() The overall process will involve making a path of motion for reference, setting a series of keyframes on both the light and heavy ball to define their motion, and finally creating and exporting the animation from Flash.
